Dynamic and static exercises to strengthen the deep muscles are taught in an understandable way - with alternative positions for physical limitations. Guided breathing techniques for more body awareness and meditations for more mental strength (3 - 7 min) complete this course program.

Course description Each yoga class focuses on the aspect of silence: a valuable break from the sensory overload of modern, fast life. This yoga break can create more mental clarity. Strengthening, dynamic and static exercises are practiced as well as guided breathing techniques and meditations for more inner peace (5 - 11 min). Letting silence into your life, listening to the stillness and recharging your batteries is the idea of this course program.

Course topic Flow yoga for greater mobility, well-being and a strong aura
Fitness level Advanced and athletic beginners
Class duration 90 min each
Course description The training offers flowing Qi waves, mobilization movements & power and release flows, that strengthen the entire body. A stress-reducing meridian tapping technique (EFT) is also used in combination with essential oils, rounded off by a final relaxing meditation.

The meditations lessons teach a practice based on the tradition of Kundalini Yoga. The meditations are chosen individually based on the (life) issues you currently want to work on.

Meditations with mantras
